Lawless Brewery - All skills and ages welcome, very friendly jam! Great players and new players alike. Located at Lawless Brewery in North Hollywood, this jam takes place every Wednesday, 6-10pm.  Held at the Lawless Brewery - 5275 Craner Ave, Los Angeles, CA 91601

Orange County Bluegrass for Beginners Meet Up.  It meets at Fountain Valley's Mile Square Park (currently at parking lot A, near Euclid and Warner).  The Fountain Valley jam is considered very beginner friendly and is a good place to start if you are brand new.

Burbank Bluegrass Jam at George Izay Park - Located near the Joslyn Adult  Center, this friendly, outdoor bluegrass jam occurs nearly every Sunday  at 12 noon and typically goes until at least 2pm but may go as late as  4pm on occasion. All ages, skill levels and bluegrass instruments are  welcome to come on down and play! Ample parking is available on both  Griffith Park Drive and the main lot seen in the above image.
